What I wish I knew when i started OUT...
When I started out in the world of photography I let myself be an island. I was completely self taught and I didn't know anyone in the community. It felt lonely and how to move forward seemed like a big guessing game.
Thankfully that changed! I found people who I vibed with, took workshops from them, and picked their brains. :) I started attending workshops and conferences and I connected with other people in the biz. Now I am part of a community that I am very thankful for and have a job that I find fulfilling!
Continual learning has been the key to upping my game.
I offer workshops to those who want to take their photography to the next level. My strength is in connecting one-on-one and meeting you where you're at. Each session is personalized to your needs and level of knowledge.

"I cannot express enough gratitude towards Kim for our recent mentor session. She helped me streamline my workflow in a way that was both comprehensible & fun. I am so much faster and more organized than before! Kim is an excellent teacher, who walks you through each concept until it is fully understood. I look forward to hiring her again in the future to continue to enhance my photography business."
"I think it's safe to say that Kim is my photography mentor. I went in thinking I needed help on technical stuff; for example how to use an external flash and why wasn't my camera focus sharp? Well aside from Kim helping me out with that, she taught me the importance of workflow! Her tips were super helpful, and she has taught me a lot about the importance of organization, efficiency and professionalism.
Aside from Kim's amazing talents, her energy and demeanour is extremely nourishing. She is calm, collected, professional, and very easy to work with. If your looking to step your photography game up, she is the person do to it! I will definitely be coming back for another mentoring session, and I am constantly creeping her Instagram for photo inspiration. Thanks Kim!"
